Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We ship to most U.S. states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are legal. Due to changing laws, we may restrict certain products from being shipped to specific states. If your shipping address is in a restricted area, you'll be notified at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason—whether the product didn’t meet your expectations or you didn’t find relief—we’re here to help.
Unopened items
can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the situation.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders
will be fully refunded or replaced.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order ships, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Still need help? Contact us and we’ll assist as best we can.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited options may be added in the future.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Georgia. This helps us ensure fast turnaround times and compliance with state regulations for hemp-derived products.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can click the link in that email or log into your account to check your order status at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it. Once it’s been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes.
I made a mistake during checkout—what should I do?
No worries. Reach out to us with your order number and the correction you need (e.g., address, product, or quantity). If the order hasn’t shipped, we can usually fix it right away.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, double-check that you entered your email correctly at checkout. Still need help? Contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options. Because we sell THC and hemp-derived products, some third-party payment platforms may not be supported.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes—you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view history, and save shipping info for faster checkout in the future.

How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount Code.” Enter your code there and click “Apply” before completing your order. Only one code can be used per order.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
No—our system allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend using the one with the greatest value.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Double-check that the code is spelled correctly, hasn’t expired, and applies to the items in your cart. Some codes are limited to specific products or collections. Still having issues? Contact us and we’ll take a look.
Do discount codes work on sale items or bundles?
Some codes are excluded from bundles, sale items, or already discounted products. The terms of each promotion will specify if exclusions apply.
Do you offer first-time customer discounts?

What’s the difference between Delta-8 and Delta-9 THC?
Both are cannabinoids derived from hemp, but Delta-9 THC is typically stronger and more commonly associated with traditional cannabis effects. Delta-8 offers a milder, more functional experience. All of our THC products are hemp-derived and fully compliant with federal and Georgia state law.
How strong are your products?
Each product includes a strength rating on a scale from 1 to 10, helping you choose based on your experience and desired effect. If you're new to THC, we recommend starting with lower-strength items and going slow.
Will your products get me high?
Some may. Products containing Delta-8 or Delta-9 THC can produce mild to moderate psychoactive effects, depending on dosage and your tolerance. CBD-only products are non-intoxicating and offer more calming or balancing effects.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every product we sell includes a lab report (COA) that verifies potency, cannabinoid content, and safety. You can find the latest lab results on each product page.
How long does it take to feel the effects?
It depends on the product type. Gummies and drinks typically take 30–90 minutes to take effect, while tinctures may act faster. Everyone’s body is different—start slow and allow enough time before re-dosing.
Can I mix different products?
While some customers choose to combine products (e.g., a gummy with a drink), we recommend starting with one type at a time—especially if you’re new to THC or CBD. Always allow time to gauge how your body reacts.
